Congregational Care

Congregational Care Team

Our Congregational Care Team (CCT) exists to help facilitate mutual care in crisis situations as well as those with long-term need. We pray regularly for and coordinate meals and other care for those who are sick, facing surgery, recovering from surgery or injury, and those facing long-term illness.

~ Healing Prayer - The team hosts a time of healing prayer on the last Sunday of every month: 9:45 a.m. in the Conference Room. You can just show up for prayer or contact Pastor James to let him know you will be attending. On request, the team and our pastors are also available at other times for healing prayer.

~ Assurance Group - The Assurance Group is a support group for those with chronic illness or disease, their family members, and survivors of significant illness and disease. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., in the Library.

~ Fellowship and Connection - The Congregational Care Team tries to connect with those that are homebound or in care homes and cannot attend worship services.

~ Communion - some members of our church community cannot attend worship services. The Congregational Care Team is available to go and serve communion to those members.
