Helping Our Community
Through the COVID-19 pandemic, North Fresno Church is working to provide resources and help in our community.
We have several ways we are serving the community, and invite you to contact the NFC staff indicated if you have a need in that area, or would like to volunteer to help in that area.
Please contact the FACE office (Fresno Area Community Enterprises) at (559) 431-3223 if you have housing or employment needs, or resources that you would like to share with those in our community.
Fresno County is providing vaccines for individuals ages 75+ at various sites. If you need assistance scheduling an appointment to receive a vaccine, and/or need transportation to the vaccination site, please fill out this form and someone from our church staff will contact you to help.
Our talented NFC quilters have been hard at work, applying their skills to sew face masks to protect us from the spread of COVID-19. Please contact MaryLyn in our office if you need a mask, and we will arrange for a pickup or delivery. We have children’s and adult sizes available.
Many non-profits are working together to meet food needs within our community. While NFC is not a designated food distribution center, we do occasionally receive food donations from partner agencies. When we receive a food donation, we try to distribute it to those that can use the food. If you would like to volunteer to distribute food donations, or would like to receive a food donation, contact Pastor Loren.
We also encourage you to visit the Fresno County Food Map for the location of food distribution sites, and information on which days of the week they are open.
We believe that God hears us when we pray, and that He wants us to talk to Him. Whether your prayer need is big or small, please email our CARE team and let us know how we can pray for you. If you would like, a member of our staff or CARE team member can arrange a phone call to pray together with you. All prayer requests are confidential.
